Enhanced Bills Export to Excel

Enhancement Description: We've upgraded the bills export functionality to Excel to provide a more detailed and structured output. This enhancement includes:

• Summary Sheet: The export now includes a comprehensive summary sheet that provides an overview of all bills. This summary includes key details such as Vendor, Amount, Due Date, and Status.

• Individual Bill Sheets: Each individual bill now has its own dedicated sheet within the Excel file. These sheets include:
  • Summary Fields: Key information about the bill, such as Vendor Name, Bill Date, Due Date, Total Amount, and other pertinent details.
  • Line Item Data: Detailed line item data for each bill, structured in an easy-to-manipulate format for further analysis or integration into other systems.

• Summary_Full Sheet: Our export now includes a "Summary_Full" sheet, which combines all line item data and invoice summary fields into a single sheet, connected by a unique invoice ID. This allows advanced users, especially those using other accounting packages, to easily convert this sheet to a pivot table and analyze the data in various ways.

These updates ensure that users have access to detailed and well-organized bill data, making it easier to review, analyze, and use for various business purposes.
