We’ve introduced enhancements to invoice items manipulation, providing users with greater precision and flexibility in managing Purchase Order (PO) quantities and costs.

  • One-Shot Calculation for Received Quantities:
    • Users can now calculate the "received" quantity against a PO price or total in a single action.
    • Partial Receipt Handling: This feature is especially useful for partially received POs, where users have entered quantities for line items but need to allocate a portion of sales tax or shipping.
    • How It Works: Clicking the auto-calculate icon will match the PO price and use the extracted bill total to proportionally adjust sales tax, shipping, or other remaining costs.
  • Use Case: This enhancement simplifies workflows for businesses managing partial receipts.
    • Example: Todd at Addison Homes will benefit from the ability to streamline sales tax and shipping allocations during PO reconciliation.
