Purchase Order Matching and Bill Integration with QuickBooks

Enhancement Description: We are thrilled to announce a powerful new enhancement: the ability to add and match bills against Purchase Orders (POs) in QuickBooks. This feature supports adding a bill across multiple POs and enables seamless editing of quantities and prices, with real-time updates and tracking across all associated POs and bill line items.

• Multi-PO Bill Creation: Users can now create a bill that spans multiple purchase orders, giving greater flexibility in handling complex orders.
• Real-Time Editing and Tracking: Quantities and prices on the bill can be edited without breaking the link to the POs, as our system maintains a record of individual line item IDs on both the bill and each PO. This complex tracking is essential for accurately reflecting changes and maintaining data integrity.
• Linked PO Details Overlay: The bill view now includes an overlay of linked PO details alongside bill line item details, making it easy to spot any discrepancies with a price difference indicator.

This enhancement enables users to efficiently manage and reconcile their bills with POs directly in QuickBooks Online (QBO). We’re conducting final testing, with deployment scheduled for later today, and the feature will be available for demos tomorrow.
