Improved Pop-Up Positioning and Bank Chart of Account Mapping

Enhancement Description: We've made several updates to enhance user experience and integration capabilities:

• Vertically Centered Pop-Ups: The "Add New Vendor" and "OCR Training" pop-ups are now vertically centered and offset to the right. This allows users to make changes while viewing the actual document simultaneously, improving workflow efficiency. Previously, these pop-ups were horizontally centered, blocking portions of the bill.

• Bank Chart of Account Mapping: Users can now reference a bank chart of account in integration mapping. QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows the assignment of a bill line item to a bank chart of account, a feature previously seen with asset accounts for inventory accounting. This update expands flexibility and ensures better alignment with QBO's capabilities.
