QuickBooks Bill Import and Auto-Sync Setup

We’re excited to introduce a major platform update that simplifies the onboarding process and enhances workflow automation.

• Import  Bills Directly to AP Tab:
      Admins and users with Accounting Access can import bills directly from QuickBooks to the AP tab, streamlining the initial batch import for new users.some text
   
• No Manual Review Required: The system automatically checks for duplicate invoices, syncs supplier records for new vendors, and ensures bills meet all approval logic before moving them to the AP tab.
 
• Auto-Sync Foundation:
      This update lays the groundwork for the upcoming Auto-Sync feature, allowing users to toggle on automatic bill imports in the Bill Settings dashboard.

How It Works: Users can choose to automatically bring new bills to the Bills Review tab for approval or directly to the AP tab for payment.

Why It Matters: This feature is ideal for users with bills flowing into QuickBooks from their ERP systems who rely on MakersHub for payment processing, reducing manual stepsand simplifying workflows.
