User Interface and Settings Improvements

Enhancement Description: We've implemented several key updates to enhance user experience and reduce confusion:

• Removed Lock Account View Settings: The Account View setting in the bill review window will now maintain consistency across the app, avoiding confusion from turning it on or off.
• Vendor Address Display: The vendor address will only be shown for unknown vendors. For vendors with a green check mark, the extracted address will be hidden to prevent confusion.
• Potential Duplicates Display: Potential duplicates are now shown directly under the vendor name for better visibility.

• Default Recurring Bill Setting: The default setting for recurring bills has been updated to Net0 instead of empty (Net30), aligning with the most common usage for recurring bills.
• QuickBooks Integration Links: Direct links to support articles have been added in each QuickBooks integration window, providing easy access to helpful resources.

• Address Suggestion List: Users now have the ability to close the address suggestion list for a cleaner interface.
• Payable Out Reference: The payable out section now shows a reference to the QuickBooks chart of account name, making it easier for users to select the correct account.
