Course Description
‍The MakersHub AP Certification Course is a 2-hour, QAS™ Self-Study program designed for accountants, bookkeepers, and enrolled agents who want to streamline accounts payable using MakersHub. Through guided demos, interactive knowledge checks, and scenario-based final assessment questions, participants earn 2 CPE credits while learning to confidently navigate and configure MakersHub for efficient AP workflows.

Learning Objectives

‍Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:

Identify where to access help resources in MakersHub.
Locate the Bills & Payments settings area.
Select the correct steps to switch between multiple client accounts within MakersHub.
Locate the Integrations tab in MakersHub.
Recognize the correct process for connecting MakersHub to QuickBooks Online.
Identify the correct steps to confirm a QuickBooks connection is set up correctly and disconnect if needed.
Identify the correct steps for adding new users in MakersHub.
Identify the correct process for setting up user groups.
Select the appropriate steps to configure a simple approval workflow.
List the ways bills can be added to MakersHub.
Recognize the correct process to correct OCR scanning errors for bills.
Differentiate between the options for setting up a recurring bill.Identify the correct process to approve bills for payment.
Determine the correct method to apply early payment discounts, verify vendor payment method status, and review paid bills for vendor inquiries.

Course Format & Completion Requirements

Format: On-demand video modules with interactive knowledge checks.
‍Structure: 5 instructional modules + 1 certification quiz.
‍Knowledge Checks: End-of-module quizzes assess comprehension and retention.
‍Final Assessment:Must score at least 70% to pass.Must be completed within one year of enrollment.To protect assessment integrity, participants will not be shown the correct answers upon completion. Feedback will be limited to the overall score achieved.
‍Certificate: Downloadable certificate of completion upon passing the final assessment.
‍Partial Credit: Not available.

Assessment & CPE Eligibility
‍Completion of all modules and the final assessment is required.
Final assessment must be completed within one year of enrollment.
A passing score of 70% or higher is required to earn CPE credit.
Participants who successfully complete the course will earn 2 CPE credits in the Field of Study: Computer Software & Applications.
